I know what you are thinking…our legs are cut off…we have no feet! Give him a break, he’s only 4.5 years old…he doesn’t understand photographic composition. Sadly. You would think he would learn a thing or two over the years.
This past weekend was a blessing ceremony on Saturday that I photographed (pics to come) and dinner with our friends that will shortly be moving out of town to OH. Dang, dang, dang.
Their daughter has been in the same daycare as ours and have shared classrooms for a time (they are 6 months apart). They are such a fun couple and our kids were having quite a fun time playing together tonight. We are blessed to have met them and hope that we still cross paths often. 🙂
I’d never think twice about the feet so I think it’s pretty good, Kai!
First, I love the new look! And second, I think that this is a great shot! I never would have noticed the lack of feet if you hadn’t mentioned it — what a fun looking group!
I love the new look – add web designer to your many talents! I have too often said good-bye to dear friends who move away from here. (Is it me?) So I understand the sadness… Sigh
awww… I cut feet off too, sometimes. lol
CUTE photo, though!
Who needs to see your feet? Actually, I would not have thought twice about it if you did not mention it. Looks like a good time.
I actually love this shot. What intirgues me is the slant of the image. I’m ok with the legs cut off because he caught the lamp from the house in the background and it give the shot a sense of warmth. Especially the way that you talk about your friends. He is going to conquer the photography world if he so chooses!
Great new blog design! I love the green. 🙂
I think he took a great picture. You guys are all smiling and that’s what counts. Although, I think you should be sharing one of those glasses of wine! 😉
That is a wonderful way to watch kids play! Sad that they are moving!
And I think he’s doing pretty good for 4.5!
He’s definitely got talent! I know he was just going for the slanted look! He sure did catch a great moment and lovely smiles all around. 🙂
I think it’s a great capture! 🙂 He’s got your eye!
That’s an awesome shot for a 4 1/2 year old! Wow. It’s a bummer when good friends move. Hopefully they have a blog!? That helps a bit.
Impressive! Love the new design.
I’d say that’s pretty darn good for a 4.5 year old. Heck, that’d be pretty darn good for ME! 😉
Bummer your friends will be moving…but sounds like you have lots of good memories together.
Wow. Love the ‘new look’ Stacy! Very ‘clean’. That photo is really lovely too, with or without feet 🙂 When I first saw it what I actually thought was ‘look at Stacy’s lovely smile!
Looks like a fun time! So nice they have kids so close in age so you can all enjoy yourselves…so sad they will be moving away! Looks like you might have a budding photographer on your hands!
Who needs feet when you have a glass of wine.
Love the new site, I have been busy and not able to visit, so today I got my first look at the new digs.
