But not sewing!  I have a few project I NEED to get done, so I am hoping to work on them this weekend.  In the meantime, I am valiantly trying to get my 2013 photo book done via the Blurb software.

As I don’t scrapbook anymore, I make a photo book for the entire year.  It is helpful to do it before I forget nearly everything that occurred in the prior year.  I usually get them done by February or March, so I am woefully behind this year.  I used to have a much easier time, as I blogged more of our daily events.  I have been behind in that, as well, so now I actually have to remember stuff.  This is proving…challenging.

I like the Blurb desktop software, so I have used that for the last 3 or 4 years in making our family photo books.  They tend to be over 100 pages by the time I am done with the year.  They can be spendy, but I want to have our photos in some physical format.  It helps to cash in on some of the sales.  I will likely wait for a sale to get it printed, but I need it DONE so I can take advantage of the sales!

We are also in the midst of softball and baseball.  About 3-4 nights a week we are traveling to and fro the fields.  The weather has been cold and wet, so not so much fun in that aspect for all involved.

This weekend I am going to attempt to mass produce some “hand food” that we can quick pop in the microwave and eat on the way to the baseball field.  I am not a huge fan of drive through eating, but we are lacking time for cooking something mildly nutritious.  I am going to try to get a blog post together for the quick meals, as some of my friends are in the same predicament.
