Here are a few layouts I did last month when I went to an all day scrapbooking retreat with my girlfriends. I think we all got alot done that day. I got last Christmas scrapbooked and maybe up to February this year. I’ve got aways to go to be caught up, though! At least I got to use some of my fun new papers and embellishments I had been collecting for 6 months. 🙂
I’m thinking of trying to put together a December Daily book that I saw on Ali Edwards blog. I figure if I get it all set up before the holidays that would be a fun project to work on with the kids and it wouldn’t be too stressful. I have a few months, so hopefully I can get it done!
I finally started on Anya’s fairy princess dress for Halloween, so hopefully I will have that to post next week. Somehow I need to make a costume for Brian and I for a costume party we are attending for adults. I know what I want to make, so I just need to find the time. Anyone got any to spare?? Please!
Time? What’s that? I am reading blogs, right now, only because my hooligans are strapped to the table, eating. ha ha. Time is not something I’ve found extra, in the world. Best wishes, dear! Hopefully you will find more time! 🙂
Your layouts are always so great – and you’re caught up until Feb of this year?! That’s a heck of a lot better than me…I’m three years behind. 😉 It’s fun to reocgnize the pictures in these older layouts.
To be caught up til February…*sigh*
I printed out Emma’s 3rd birthday photos the other day to scrap (remember she is now 5 and a half!!) and still they sit. So much fun stuff to do, so little time.
I especially love the Angelina Ballerina one! They are all fun and that is a lot of layouts to get done in one day!
I think I asked you this before, or you said, but do you print your photos out with the borders already. Just trying to figure out how to save a little time. (No spare time over here either!)
Fairy dress for Halloween! Can’t wait to see the pictures. I bet she’s going to be adorable. 🙂
Your scrap booking layouts look great. I just can’t find the time to do those as much as I would like too. However, all those online services for photo albums can really give the impression of a scrapbook I’ve decided. 😀
I keep trying not to think about Halloween. My daughter can’t decide what she wants to be and my son wants to be whatever my daughter is going to be. Your scrapbooking pages turned out great. Oh, and sorry no free time to spare.
Stacy I wouldn’t know where to find spare time.
Your pages look awesome. Friends of mine are thinking about doing a scrap booking weekend retreat next year. I think that may be the only way I would get anything done, to go away and dedicate the time.
Holy Cow, those are some gorgeous scrapbook pages…I haven’t even attempted to start yet…I figure that is what I will spend their elementary years doing! LOL!
Get in the queue for time!!!!!
I particularly like the page with the circles. Hero Me? Very eye catching and bold.
I love the idea of scrapbooking but it is so time consuming and can get really expensive. So I just havent even dabbled in that arena. You’ve done really great here. Especially loving photography, turning your pics into scrapbooking sheets makes it a great creative pairing.
Good for you for doing some scrapbooking. I am YEARS behind!
