Every year I have bought one of these cute little Snowbabies figurines. They are adorable little blue-eyed cherubs and they remind me of our little adorable blue-eyed cherubs. I thought this little one was perfect this year (and it was 50% off!). They are a couple of flakes. Adorable little flakes. 😀

I know I promised pics of Anya in her outfit, but they didn’t turn out so well in the dimly lit auditorium. They also included other people’s kids, so I don’t want to post them online. We have another holiday party to go to on Saturday, so she will be wearing it again this week. I’ll get pictures then.
Their holiday program this year was rather successful. They BOTH sang and they BOTH had fun up in front of everyone. In fact, Anya was the loudest singer in her class and proceeded to sing the songs past when they were supposed to end. She looked super cute doing it, too. 🙂

NO WAY! Happy Birthday!
Holiday fun. Hmm. I drove past some broken glass on the street that reminded me of sparkly snow. I live in the PNW, mind you, so any hint of the white stuff is pretty exciting.
Otherwise…I was proud of my dead branch wreath that I got at Goodwill for $2 and I admired it when I came home tonight. I think it frames the “NO SOLICITING” sign on our door quite well.

Happy Birthday!!! My holiday fun today is my weekly holiday crafting playdate. My great friend comes over with her two kids and her projects. We craft/sew while the kids play. We have been doing it on Tuesdays, but the stomach flu set us back this week. Any fun birthday plans?

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! 🙂 I don’t think I’ll be getting any pampering tonight unfortunately, but Brian has a nice bottle of wine picked out. If I’m lucky I won’t have to cook. That’s generally my only stipulation on my birthday. At least I got happy birthday sung to me this morning. It doesn’t get much sweeter than that!

SO many December babies!! Happy Birthday, my friend! That is some holiday fun. We have been having fun in between the chaos and sickness, but I didn’t have a free moment to post anything for today. I’ll get to it tomorrow or maybe this weekend, after my whining stops! (I know boo-hoo, everyone is busy and crazy this time of year!)
Anyhow – the photo is great – I’m so glad the program went well, one of ours (last night) went great and the other is tomorrow. And most of all – have a great day and a very happy year!
