Well we are trying to recoup from all the running around for the holidays.  We’ve all been sick a time or two during December, as well.  We had a great time going to and fro all the holiday parties and seeing everyone around the holidays.  We went to Eau Claire on Dec. 11 for the Campbell Family Christmas and Kai got a nice little tugboat from Great-grandma Campbell.  We came home with the stomach flu, though.  Kai was the only one who didn’t get it, thank goodness.  Then we went back to Eau Claire on Christmas Eve and saw our Brunswick friends and then had Christmas day with the Mattson side of the family.  The day after Christmas Brian’s family came over and we had our last holiday get together.  We also had various friend and work parties during the month of December.  A very busy month!  Kai was starting to get the whole present unwrapping thing there near the end, too.  I had my ultrasound appointment this week and the technician said that it was an  80-90% chance that it was a girl.  Now we’ll have one of each!  We are planning on holding off on getting her some furniture until after she is born, just in case that other 10-20% turns out.  You just never know with girls – with Kai it was fairly evident that he was a boy.  No question about it, really. So right now we are expecting little Anya Marie Kraft to arrive around May 22, 2005.  I’m halfway there at 20 weeks!
