Now this is another super easy recipe.  You just use what you have in your house to throw in there.  I buy the Pillsbury pizza crusts in those tubes and they are good for a month or so.  Easy to just grab one, throw stuff in it and bake.

Calzone basic recipe:
1 tube pizza crust, or make your own

Variation 1:
1 pkg pepperoni
mushrooms, canned or sauteed
Italian seasoning
1 tub ricotta cheese
1 cup mozerella cheese

Variation 2:
4 oz Goat Cheese
1/4 pound proscuitto, cut up
1 box spinach, thawed and drained
Fresh thyme, minced

Variation 3:
1 pound italian sausage, cooked and drained of fat
1 container mushrooms, canned or sauteed
1-2 sweet roasted red pepper, diced
Italian seasoning
1 tub ricotta
1 cup mozerella cheese

There are so many ways of throwing stuff together into a calzone, so just experiment!  Lay out the crust on a sprayed sheet pan.  Mix all the ingredients together and spread evenly down the middle.  Wrap it up, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes on 400 degrees.  Enjoy!
