Our kids are just so dang mistreated aren’t they? They have NOTHING to play with! This is our backyard. When we bought the house three years ago it came with the great playhouse and swingset. Cool huh? Last summer we added the boat sandbox. What are we adding this summer? How about some chairs for us to sit out there wilst the kids are playing? It isn’t close to the deck so I want to get some chairs out there and maybe a little table. I’m all about luxurious living!
Of course most of the time when the kids are outside we are generally doing yardwork. Oh well…no rest for the wicked! 😉
Playdates at your house this summer! What a fun backyard. We’re working on a tiny play area for M. You’ve inspired me to take before and after pictures.
Maybe when M has a sibling and we live in a real house we can have a nice play area like those two sweet kids in the picture!
Special memories are made there each time they play…
Can you tell I’m at home on spring break? I’m stalking your blog (DON’T call the cops…I meant that in the most kind, sincere way). I posted about M’s surgery, etc…just wanted to let you know.
Dinner (out) sounds fun!
Great, I’ll go check it out. I don’t mind being stalked by a nice person like you Natalie! 🙂
Wow, what an awesome yard! Those are some lucky kids. :o)
Thank you! They are lucky aren’t they?? When the previous owners asked us whether we wanted the playsets, we didn’t hesitate to say “YES!”.
My son just looked at the picture and said “That doesn’t look like a back yard! That looks like a park!” What fun for the kids, huh? Definitely time to get something for the parents to rest in while you’re taking a break from the yard work. Maybe a shade umbrella to sip your lemonade under as well. :o)
LOL Linda! That was one of the reasons we were drawn to the house…the great backyard. 🙂 A shade umbrella would be a great addition, too…might have to add that in!
