I had a Bunco party at my house last Friday night and made some really yummy dips so I thought I would share.  They are easy to make and taste wonderful.  The fruit dip was especially loved by our little fruit lover.  I used it until it was all gone, she wanted it with every meal to dip her grapes and strawberries in it.  Whatever works to get them to eat fruit!  The corned beef dip is really yummy, too.  It has the great saltiness that goes so well with crackers.

Fruit Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, sugar, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.  I used fresh since I don’t usually have Cool Whip on hand, but I do have whipping cream in the fridge.  It was so easy to make it fresh.  Just put a cup of cream in a bowl and I used my hand mixer to whip it up in just a few minutes.  Serve immediately or chill for later.

Corned beef dip

1 package deli sliced corned beef, chopped into small pieces
1 cup of diced dill pickles
2 pkgs cream cheese, softened

Mix all together and serve with crackers.  Easy and yummy!
