In the last few weeks, Kailan had been mentioning that his lower teeth were loose. I didn’t pay too much attention, as I imagined they really weren’t all that loose. I checked. They were.
I told him to watch when he was eating as they were so loose he could easily dislodged them while in the process. In the end, they came out on Saturday night fairly easily. No tears, which is a feat in itself. He acquired some new funds for Legos, so it was a fine ending to the weekend.
He was a bit concerned when I was going to put his two tiny teeth in a quart sized ziplock bag. Apparently the tooth fairy is of a slight figure and quite small. That would have been much too large for her to carry.
Good thing the cash was so light…she didn’t have a problem with carrying that at all. 😉
Aw, so cute! Nothing better than a big gaping holey smile. V is still waiting for just one to be loose. Nothing yet.
The double gap-tooth smile…CUTE! So sweet he was worried about the tooth fairy lugging that big ol’ bag 🙂
Wow. I bet eating is a challenge right now. It is a relief to know the tooth fairy was able to carry the baggie.
Ha! Worried about lugging the baggie! That kills me. He may be even cuter with the gaping hole, if that is possible?
I love toothless grins!
What is the going rate these days for teeth?
Won’t be long before those bottom holes are filled up. Very considerate to the tooth fairy too 🙂
