Here is baby girl, getting slightly irritated at her mommy. Notice the furrowed brow…the hands in the air ready for explosive tantrum throwing? Not sure what I did to irritate her this time, but it doesn’t take much these days. Yes, it is the Terrible Two’s and she is livin’ up to the expectation that a two year-old act out.
I didn’t take many pictures this weekend, so this is my Best Shot Monday.
So the sweet angel does have her moments? LOL. She’ miffed, but cute as ever, and I love the intensity in her eyes. You captured the moment well.
Congrats on the big 500! I’m sneaking up on 100. :o)
Perfect capture of toddlerhood! That expression is very common around these parts, too. Nadia’s only 18 months but I guess she’s precocious.
But even in the throes of toddler-furry, Anya is adorable!
Your ability to capture the best natural light always amazes me! Beautiful 😉
Did she throw herself to the floor in fits of tears? M has begun to do that, but she hasn’t quite mastered the entire sequence of events. I’m sure it’s coming very shortly. LOVE THIS PICTURE.
I’m a pre-school teacher, and I have seen lots of bruises. And I’m a Mom, so I know how they all happen! I am careful to tell Moms about all the major bruises their children recieve in my care.
Anyway, I love the nice close shot of your beautiful child!!
Oh, I love this. I also have a 2 year old, and that look is very familiar;) The light is AMAZING. Lots of emotion.
Such a serious moment captured! Really great close up. Even angry… she’s so cute.
I love the lighting, the curls and the expression. The cropping is great too. A treasure!
So cute! Even if she is annoyed.
I didn’t participate in BSM this week but I’m still visiting everyone. This shot is absolutely perfect! It totally says it all. I love it!
Thank you all for the lovely comments! 🙂 The lighting is something I am always looks for now. We were in the garage and she was facing the open garage doors in front of her. Even in places like that you can catch some good lighting.
Jenny A., it is nice to know the teachers are always on top of what happens at our daycare, too. I get calls occassionally about the accidents that happen. I know how quickly they can happen.
