I don’t know if I have every professed just how clutzy I am, but….I am. Very. Very. Clutzy. I have a Tide To Go stick in my purse for just such occassions whereby I spill something on my clothes…or my children spill something on my clothes…or where my children just grab a sauce laden spagetti noodle and intentionally smear it all over a new white blouse. You know, those MOM moments.
Anyways, as I was sacheting into work in my nice cream skirt the other day, not a care in the world, I decided to take a drink of my Lite White Rasberry Mocha with skim milk. Apparently, I missed that lesson where you learn to walk and drink at the same time. Missed is the appropriate term to use, I believe, since I missed my mouth and it landed on my nice cream skirt. Rasberry…as in pink.
As I started cursing my lot in life, I remembered my Tide to Go stick in my purse. I hurried to my desk and whipped that puppy out. After a few frantic minutes of rubbing with the stick I noticed that it actually worked! Hurrah!
So next time you are in the store and happen to see one of those little buggers, pick it up. You never know when you may need it…as a mom, you should be assured that you WILL need it at some point. It’s just a matter of WHEN.
Oh, and their Kelly Ripa commercials are a little more than mildly annoying. 😉
Thanks for the testimoinial…I have wondered if those things actually work.
But I gotta ask, what were you thinking to wear a CREAM skirt?! That’s just asking for trouble!
My 17 yo daughter has a clorox pen and a tide to go pen in her purse at all times plus shout wipes at times. She is a super klutz!!
I have one in my purse, one in the truck, and one in my desk at work. They are awesome!
But a cream skirt?! You may be the bravest klutz I know!
I’m not sure they make one large enough for me and my crew. 😉
Well, there were YEARS when I wouldn’t wear white or cream. Now I do and I try to be careful, really I do!
