Here’s our little man running through the sprinkler last night. It has been HOT here this year, and apparently it has been hot enough for him to get over his dislike of it! He even had water day at daycare yesterday, and boy was he ready to run through them again when daddy got them out to water the lawn.
For some reason our little girl has turned into a watcher. It really is due to the fact that she would MUCH rather be in the backyard on a swing. She used to really dislike them and hated if she went up too high. She would get all hysterical crying if you pushed her just a little bit too high and then would want down that very second. Now, my goodness, I think I could push her for an hour and she would be happy! She loves saying, “Want to go higher, mommy!”. I think she likes it now. 🙂
Those are beautiful. I especially like the one of your little girl watching her brother. The DOF is wonderful.
That first comment is my opinion, too!
great shots! 🙂
Yay Kai for getting over his timidity witht he sprinkler! Nadia’s starting to get over it, too. Like Anya, she also LOVES to swing…but unfortunately, a few months ago we lost the swing in a storm when the tree got struck by lightning. 🙁
Oh, and great pics, but that goes without saying. I agree with Cari, the one of Anya watching Kai is awesome!
Beautiful.
I love the first one! What a great expression!! Pfft pfft (noises of boy spitting out water)…he certainly looks on top of it all now!
I love that second one, little one watching big one. great story there:)
Stacy, he does look like a little man here, and so handsome. Before you know it you’ll be experiencing my *sniff sniff* girl episode. YAY for conquering that fear!
The photo of Anya watching Kai is what I call perfection. Great DOF and just a real life moment captured.
I love love love the one of Anya watching, it tells such a great story!
Great photos! I love how you process your images, the colors are always so vibrant.
Nice shots. Your kids are beautiful.
Okay, I have to say that your children always look so well dressed and clean. I don’t know how you do it. 🙂
Thank you all for the very nice comments! I so appreciate them. 🙂
You take really nice photographs. They’re all so natural, and great perspectives. They’re both very cute!
