This was the end to a very long day. We went to the local renaissance festival and was it ever busy! I think everyone came to the festival that day, since I have never seen it so crowded. People were parked in parking lots I didn’t know existed since they were so far away from the grounds. Unfortunately, it got off to a rocky start when hubby backed into his friend’s car in our driveway. I think he needed a few more cups of coffee, but that is why we have insurance…for those D’OH!! moments.
Anyways, the kids had a good time, although the ride in their little wagon was bumpy at times. too. I knew that there would be at least an elephant there, which would definitely be a high point, but there was also a camel and a llama. Holy cow! And they got to ride them even! Well, Anya only got to ride the camel, but see how the excitement of it all just tuckered her out??
Settings: f4.0, 1/60, ISO 400 (It was late in the day, so that is my excuse for having such a low shutterspeed! I should have bumped the ISO up to at least 800 to get the shutterspeed faster. Good thing she wasn’t moving!)
Awww…she’s exhausted! After all that excitement I can see why!
aww! Thats adorable!
I just can never get over her sweet angel hair. My girls have never slept like that so I love that shot.
I love the Renaissance Festival and yes, it wears my kids out!!!
