Another year, another time waiting for Santa to appear. Luckily this year it was nice and warm…I think it was around 40-50 degrees. See…warm!
Santa’s approach…chased by the cop car. Obviously he is made of magic because the cop car didn’t get him even though they weren’t making very good time.
The kids were just happy that he was on his way, finally.
After Santa handed over his license and registration he got to go over and greet the children.
Meanwhile ours were heading for the line inside. Everthing is a competition. See..FIRST IN LINE. Bam!
After waiting a number of long minutes, Santa made his arrival inside. Then the kids got to tell Santa their one gift they wanted, which Mama usually vets ahead of time. Not this year, though. Both gifts were not things that Santa will be able to purchase and/or would be a complete waste of money.
We are now writing notes to Santa to amend the previous gift request.
“Only those who look with the eyes of children can lose themselves in the object of their wonder”.

I hope and pray I never lose that ability….:o) something magical about it all if kept in the right perspective….
It looks like such a great time!! First in line to see Santa? Good work!!
