Grateful for our last pretty snowfall. It’s the last one, right?? *crossing fingers*
Grateful that I passed on the wonderful skill of sticking your tongue out while you concentrate. She’s shown to be a stellar concentrater. 😉
Unpictured gratefulness from last week:
– Grateful for good teacher conferences for the kids. They are both chatty, Kailan has a hard time staying on task to read, and Anya is a slowpoke when getting ready to go outside. On the plus side, they are both smart. Kai’s teacher thinks he is a great writer and cartoonist, as he loves writing stories. Anya is reading at the end of 2nd grade levels.
– Grateful that my parents and sister could come over for dinner and a movie and stay overnight. It was good to see them.
– Grateful that the kids have little friends that can come over and everyone keeps occupied and plays so nice together. We had two playdates at our house simultaneously on Sunday, so as you can imagine…it was a disaster when the kids left. 😉
