It was another busy weekend. On Saturday we had a wine tasting at a friend’s house. The appetizer I brought was from a recipe I found at Anna’s, and it won the best appetizer. Yay! Thanks, Anna! Of course, I forgot our prize at their house…I’m sure we will get it at some point.
On Sunday, after a change in plans, I took Anya to the ballerina show. Our showtime was cancelled on Saturday morning because we were the ONLY people that had signed up for that time slot. Shocker. It was fun and she halfway participated, while her little friend just stood there holding her stuffed animal and stared at the giant mouse ballerina. She was a bit awestruck. They were both very cute.
Here is one picture from the stretching section before they “danced”…or you know…stood around and watched everyone. At least Anya participated in the stretching. She got quite the workout and may have strained herself if she hadn’t. 😉
No she didn’t wear her fairy dress. She wanted to wear another dress I made last week. I made lots of stuff last week. I’ll show you the dress tomorrow. 🙂
