where did you get the border action? i like it!
Amy, I actually made it from brushes found on deviantArt (http://rl-brushes.deviantart.com/gallery/). I made them for a 4×6 photo and added an layer mask above it for hue/saturation so I could easily change the color. I then merge those layers and move it to the top layer of the photo when I want to use it. I saved as a .psd file so I can use it for other photos. I was bored and playing with PS… 🙂 If you want it I can e-mail it to you later tonight when I’m home from work.
