I hope you found our new home without too much fuss and bother. As you can see, I’m still trying to clean up the place and make it just so. I can’t get to my old site right now, so until I do it is a bit sparse around here. Sorry if you were unable to see the theme for this week, but it was FOCUS (as you can see above…just wanted to make sure I was stating the obvious!). If you have a picture you want to share that doesn’t match the theme…share away. We love looking at pictures here! 😀
Focusing on the world around me :::
Solar lights in our yard – they actually produce a lot of light…and are pretty, too!
Crabapple in the front yard that the deer love to eat…as proven by all the deer tracks, and poop, around it.
Rose bush slowing being anhiliated by the deer and/or bunnies.
Some sun flare…still working on this type of photography.
What have you got to share today?
Each of your photos are so clear…focused. But I fell in love with the last one…the hint of rainbow that shows in the lower right corner…the beauty of light shining through.
Taken with your 85mm lens? I’m longing for lenses. 🙂
OOPS…my focus is up…

Great shots, I really enjoyed them!
What a coolie topic you chose in ‘focus’…so much could be done with it!
I sure hope you get your new site set up the way you like soon–tis frustrating stuff in the details sometimes!
Thanks, as always, for hosting Theme Thursday!

This is my first Theme Thursday (Thanks Melody!)
For some reason my favorite pic is the rosebush – it still shows strength even though it is being violated by animals!
Thanks for the opportunity to share…

WOW! I love the berry ones. The snow backdrop makes everything extra beautiful!
Mine is up –
a different take on Focus today.
Since the focus here is LOVE, I thought it was the perfect shot for the theme.

Love the new digs Stacy!
I love the last one with the flare. Just beautiful. Nothing from me today. Just got through nurturing kids through illnesses and I’m out. I just couldn’t figure out how to come up with something witty in regards to focus.
Can’t wait to see what you do with the place!
Love the crabapples, Stacy!
Newbie visiting from Slurping life.
Excellent photos, I especially like the lantern, but maybe that’s just because mine fell off in the storm and so it’s a bit battered now.
Best wishes
Yeah! I finally found ya!!! Was starting to worry about ya! ; )
Those are all absolutely gorgeous photos!!!! Here’s my try at it for today.

Better late than never! http://jenyenc.wordpress.com/2008/01/31/theme-thursday-focus/
My favorite of yours is the crabapples. It is really neat how you can focus on just a few of them. Your DSLR really can do amazing things and you have such an eye for composition.
FANtastic shots. I reallly love that last shot. Beautiful.

Those are awesome shots! I don’t think that I can even pick a favorite, they are all so gorgeous.
I can’t seen to get it together today, but I finally got my TT post up…

Those are some beautiful pictures. I’m with Melody. I really like the last with the sun flare.
Mine’s up (finally) at:

I was trying to find the control on the back of my camera that you talked about in your post on focus, but couldn’t find it. The only thing I could do besides my auto focus was the manual lens focus. I need to get my owners manual out, I guess.
My first post for theme thursday..
thanks for the great pictures and great tips..

Those are beautiful! I’m going the complete opposite here and posting something blurry but I find it fits the moment and captures how caught up Sarah gets doing her ballet class. I know it’s not for everyone, but I like it for some reason… http://www.flickr.com/photos/divrchk/2215105981/
This is my first time to participate, and you’ll have to skip to the bottom of the post. It is kind of a two in one. LOL.
Focus
Those are all great, but I like the berry photo best. Glad to see you’re back online
And you already stopped by, but here’s my TT for this week anyway, in case others would like to see it.

What lovely focus…your photos are simply amazing. I dream about snow like that…I know people say I would hate it if I lived in it for any length of time, but it is breathtakingly beautiful. I love the last shot best. Thank you for sharing such great work with us.
My focus is at http://magallanomournings.blogspot.com
Great shots, as always. I love nature scenes. I am finally getting to post mine. I have been on Jury Duty all week.

I’m last! Do you think I’ll stay last? Probably. I’m last, but not least, baby!
Dinner is cooking, we’re about to eat but I thought I would finally publish.

Gorgeous, gorgeous photos today, I LOVE the first 3 the most, but they are all so wonderful. I love the header, too.
Thanks for the link and comments on my blog. I noticed last night that you were down. What a pain!!!
Ah ~ I was wondering why I couldn’t find you yesterday. Welcome back!
