The theme for today at Picture This is heat. Well, it was plenty hot last Saturday, being that is was in the 90’s. Hunter, the boy shooting the water gun, turned 9 that day and received a plethora of water guns as a present. What a fabulous gift! All the kids ran around shooting each other with water to try to stay cool and ended up fairly soaked by the end of the afternoon. But they had fun, and this is what counts. I just tried to stay away from the water sprays. I wouldn’t have minded getting wet, but I had to protect my camera! 😉

Thanks for the kind comments, ladies! 😀 It is really nice to go to our relatives farms and get back to the country. It is sad that our kids will never know the freedom of growing up on a farm on acres and acres of land entails. I know I miss it.
Love the fact that the other two boys aren’t even TRYING to run away. Hot!
