This one actually takes an hour to cook, so not a weeknight dinner.  It’s pretty easy to prepare though and yummmmmy!  I made this on Sunday night last week and I had forgotten how tasty it was.  I used to mix the hashbrowns with the other stuff instead of layering, but its messy, hard to mix and this works just as good.  An alternative to the cheddar cheese is Feta, which makes it pretty darn tasty, too.

1 lb hamburger
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg frozen hashbrowns
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
French Fried Onions

Prepare oven and turn on to 385 degrees.  Brown the hamburger with the garlic and seasoning.  When it is almost done cooking, add the mushrooms and break them up and cook until they are mostly done.  Stir in the soup, milk and sour cream.  In a rectangular glass baking dish, spray with Pam and then layer the hashbrowns on the bottom.  Place a layer of shredded cheese, a layer of French Fried Onions and then the hamburger mixture.  Bake in the oven for an hour.  You can top it with some more of the French Fried Onions when serving.  Enjoy!
